Statewide Caregiver Calendar Spring/Summer 2009 Programs and Workshops

"Tai Chi in the Park" is now available in Lyndonville and St. Johnsbury, Vt. This program offers participants the opportunity to experience the practice of Golden Ball Tai Chi, a style well suited for older people. The movements are simple, yet deeply strengthening and relaxing. Groups meet year round (indoors, for rain and winter months), for more information contact Vicki or Jenny, by calling 802-748-5182.
